Who we are

John McGowan & Sons, Inc. is a family-owned and operated commercial and residential asphalt contractor and construction company located in Sea Cliff, NY. Established in 1928 by John McGowan Sr., our company has serviced clients in both Nassau & Suffolk counties on Long Island and greater New York for nearly 100 years. Although the business has been passed down three generations, John McGowan Sr.’s dedication to his valued customers is a tradition we still follow today.

Our Specialty

We specialize in asphalt paving, parking area construction, concrete work and masonry, drainage and sanitary system installations, excavation, and site work among many other contracting services.
